OSD question: if I had to in-place upgrade a server OS. Could I leverage OSD? I noticed that the in-place upgrade fixlet is only relevant for desktop OS’s

I don’t think we have in-box content for server upgrades, but it should be possible to do it with custom content.

I’m not a fan of server upgrades, I usually prefer a migration opportunity.

Thanks for your response. I agree. I was checking if we had that option if we were forced to go that route.

Hi shawnbk,
the in place upgrade fixlet was designed and implemented to upgrade desktop systems to Windows 10. I can confirm Jason post about the missing in-box content for server upgrade.
You can customize the fixlet to test it against a server upgrade, but in case of errors, you will be more likely out-of-support.
