Hi, by looking at the error, you can not open iso file to mount it. Are you able to manually mount it and browse it?
What level of Windows 10 is?
Log file refers to APR 2017, first picture to a different file (SEPT 2017).

FYI, the .trc file is just another (more detailed) text log file, but you have a file association such that SQL Profiler is trying to open this file. Try reading it in notepad, or wordpad, or (my fave) Notepad++.

Any resolution to this same issue?
I am able to upload all Win10 wim file but not any Win10 iso file.
My bigfix setup is airgap, but i have performed the latest airgap request & have updated the rbagents in both %USERPROFILE%/OSDeployment & SHA1 folder.
