OSD: Download error "HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached"

I’m having some trouble syncing an image to my OSD server. The generated “Profile Properties” action includes the WIM.BFOSD file, driverinfo.BFOSD, and three files I think are the OS resources as download links.

The WIM.BFOSD download begins (from http://besserver:52311/Uploads), but after transferring a couple of gigabytes it fails with HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached.

The WIM image is 7.1 GB in size, it appears to be stalling between 1 and 2 GB into the download. What kind of log info should I look into, and what kind of settings should I be checking on the BES Server or Relay?

Edit: Just to check, pasting the download link into Chrome downloads just fine.

Hi

First think that comes in my mind, is to check if the download cache limit is set to a greater value than the 7.1 GB and the download also:

“_BESGather_Download_CacheLimitMB”
"_BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB"
"_BESClient_Download_PreCacheStageDiskLimitMB"

Yeah the download limit was large enough. Apparently we were having a SAN issue that affected the BES server. It eventually worked after enough retries.
