OSD Baremetal Profile Syncing Fails

Hi All,

I have a problem with one of my Bare Metal servers failing when i sync the bare metal profile.
I checked the sync log but all it gave me is the following error message: [2018/09/13 09:34:26:363] 127.0.0.1 : [dbsync] RADKeepAlive(#68960), ERROR.

Can anyone please help me?

I think you should check if the database connection on the bare metal server is working properly.
Other than that, you can open a support case providing the bare metal server logs.
