If any one has faced issue with Surface Laptop 3 touch and keyboard not working at the time of imaging .
We tried imaging Surface Laptop 3 the user interaction tab the keyboard and touch does not take input for Hostname and selecting image.
I have also mapped the driver with the models which we are imaging still unable to get this resolved.
please let me know if anyone has faced this issue

if the issue is at the time of imaging, as in the description of swap041, the related driver must be imported (if not present yet) and then manually added to the WinPE image. If the issue is in the installed OS, only importing the driver should be enough (but you can also bind it to the OS image).

We were able to fix the issue by using the Drivers mapped to specific model and try using different ethernet adaptor (Non Microsoft).
