Order of fixlets in a baseline

I’m just wondering is there an “top down or bottom up” preference when adding fixlets to a baseline. As in when a baseline is being applied to a workstation does the fixlets at the top or the bottem get applied first?

They are always applied “Top Down”. You can reorder the components in the baseline editing dialog.
