Õracle Software aren't detected in Installed Applications - Windows

Hi, can anyone explain me, how can i configured bigfix to detect the oracle software that a have instaled in my company pc’s.

The oracle software aren’t listed in the appwiz of the pc’s and we dont see them in the Apllication Information (Windows)

Which License you have in your environment? Workspace / Enterprise etc..

You can check that by logging into BigFix Console with MO account > BigFix Management > License Overview

What Oracle software are you looking for? How does it appear - in Add/Remove Programs, in Services, or ??

I believe the 'Application Information - Windows' Analysis is based on finding entries in Add/Remove Programs and in the Window Installer (MSI) Database. This Analysis doesn't do a full-filesystem scan to match files against detection signatures - for that you'd need to use BigFix Inventory, set up the software catalog and system scan actions, and check the results in the BigFix Inventory web interface.
