Oracle Patches Failing

I have all of a sudden failed Oracle patches (all patches). None have given me an exit code. The EDR _DeploymentResults.txt file is not really giving me a clue as to what might be the issue. All I see is the following:

In the Log file I can see the action to download the files:

I do not find any errors in the file. Has this happened to anyone? I might have to open a ticket with support.

Fixed, (even though the department denied that Sentinel One was blocking it)

we re-registered the RHEL and OEL plugin, the action showed successful.
however, the OEL plugin.ini could not start.
we've found out that the plugin.ini was missing in OEL plugin even though we already re-registered it, customer disabled AV for troubleshooting
we re-registered the OEL plugin and confirmed the plugin.ini
