The last patch release for Oracle DB 12cR2 was 2022-01, based on the table of support end dates for Oracle DB at this link:
The 2022-01 patch fixlets for 12cR2 should be in the middleware site.
Haven’t tried applying any 12c patches to 12cR2 but I doubt they’re compatible.
