Options for getting HCL support updates

We’re needing to get a patch/hotfix from HCL support for an issue we’re having with Web Reports on BigFix 9.5.13. At the moment it seems the only option we’re being offered is via SFTP, but that protocol is blocked for external access by our security. Are there any other options for acquiring files from support, say via HTTPS?

So I was able to find a one-off way to acquire the needed hotfix, however if anyone at HCL can comment on alternatives to the SFTP method provided by support for getting files, I’d be interested to hear. Other vendors we’ve worked with who provide support files have provided limited https access so files can be downloaded via a browser.
