Operator account unable to see power tracking dashboard

I created a new master operator account. When I login to the BigFix console I’m unable to see the power tracking dashboard. I’ve never run into this problem I’ve made sure the console was finished loading before I checked the dashboard menu. I’m not sure what the problem is here. Anyone have any idea’s of things to check?

When I login with other ID’s I can see the power tracking dashboard just fine.

Nevermind I figured the problem out this new account was set to read-only. Apparently you need the ability to create custom content to use some of these dashboards.
