Open action to execute two days after the 2nd Tuesday of every month

How can I add + 2 days after the 2nd Tuesday in the relevance, so I can use it for “run only when”?

(second tuesday of current month_and_year) + week

Q: current date = first Tuesday of current month_and_year + 9 * day
A: False

This should return “True” on the Thursday after Patch Tuesday - which is 9 days after the first Tuesday of the month
