On Bigfix version 9.5.13.130 using the Webreport any Custom report that was imported will not display any graphics chart image on any report. can anyone help me out what might be causing this not to work on the older version the graphics will show with no issue

Are these custom graphics? Perhaps you need to copy the image files into the new server - check where the links go via ‘view page source’ in your browser.

sorry i miss interpret, meant to say that i run a report and will not populate no graphic chart.

Which OS & Browser are you using?

Note that in 9.5.13 the dependency of Web Reports on Flash was removed. It should not impact Custom reports, but worth reminding for troubleshooting.

Windows server 2016 is the core server and on any web browser is doing the same issue (firefox, chrome and IE)
