Old Relay still shows up in BES Relay Health Check Dashboard

(imported topic written by rmnetops91)

We have an old relay that still shows up in BES Relay Health Check Dashboard .

I’ve confirmed the Relay app is un-installed. It’s been a few weeks since it’s been decomissioned, so I think it should go away by now. Is there a place I can clean out a record so the Health Check Dashboard stops including this system in it’s relay list?

Anyone?

Is it still reporting “Yes” to the “Relay Installed” property?

No it’s not. For all I can tell, BigFix doesn’t think it’s a relay, except in the health checks status.

BTW: We are on version 7.2.5.22

Perhaps try clearing your console cache?

Ok I cleared the console cache, closed the console, and re-launched. The phantom relay remains. Should I just call support? I wanted to see if it was a common or known issue in the community before I opened a ticket.

I guess call support… I can’t figure out why it would be there…

Any resolution to this? I see the same thing in my environment. Any update? Could BigFix Support post the answer here in the User Forum or reference a KB article on how to fix this?

Hey Curt,

I don’t know if we ever figured it out… I will check around, but we might need to investigate with someone with the issue…

I never called support yet. Have been to busy and is more of an annoyance than anything.
