Old client upgrade blockers?

We unfortunately have folks that have ancient installers in use and put BigFix 9.5 on a Windows 11 machine. An upgrade directly to 11.0.2 won’t work, but I’m wondering if anyone knows exactly why. What versions are the “milestone” versions that you can upgrade to sequentially from a really old version?

Hmm…I believe a Client upgrade on a Windows machine from v9.5 to v11 is expected to work: Upgrade paths for BigFix 11

Any specific errors or similar that you’re seeing with the upgrade attempt?

Interesting. I thought I’d seen something about not being able to upgrade to X from anything less than Y. No errors, just 11.0.2 upgrade actions that say “Fixed” without executing the final line and still having the old 9.5 client installed. Running a 10.0.0 action against the 9.5 client worked fine, then an 11.0.2 action against the 10.0.0 client worked, but the 11.0.2 action against a 9.5 client failed.
