Hi Ben,

We are doing deployment of bigfix in one of our client, after installed many clients are reporting offline. but we have checked manully some of machines, BES cleint services running. NO ACCESS list has applied in between bigfix server to client machines networks. What to Do.

Briefly explain about BESclienthelper. Where i will get the BESclienthelper.exe setup.

Hi Anand,

I don’t think the besclienthelper will be useful in this situation. You should look at the agent logs to try to troubleshoot further and consider contacting support.
