Hi,

Do we have anything in Bigfix, so that it can display client which are offline for xx days.

Also if there are systems which are on network, but BES client service has been shut off. Is there any visual indication in console mentioning the difference between client being offline and client being online, but BES service is stopped.

Hey Kaushal,

It is very hard for the server to know if the agents are disconnected from the network, turned off, or uninstalled… However, the Client Deployment Tool (which tries to connect with each computer) will show if a computer is on and the agent is not installed.
