Number of outstanding patches report

I’m looking thru the options available under explore data to create a report that will show me the host name and the number of outstanding applicable security updates for that system (just a count not the actual name of the fixlet). For example:

Win2008Server1 20
Win2008Server2 13
etc.

Is this possible with the options available or would this be custom?

This would be available via a custom report in Web Reports (I don’t believe you can get a simple count per endpoint via the native reports, though you can certainly get a detailed output of each applicable security update per endpoint).
