Hello, I am trying to setup bigfix in AWS, and we are seeing servers, but I’m unable to see any microsoft patches. What am I missing?
In BigFix License Overview I do see some Patches for Amazon, but nothing for Patches for Amazon Windows.
Hi @rival178, please enable the site with the name of “Patches for Windows” and subscribe this site to your Windows endpoints.

Hi Gus, I do have “patches for windows” enabled, we’ve been using bigfix for a few years for windows, just having an issue getting patches to show up in the AWS environment specifically.

Hi @rival178 Matt, so if I understand correctly, you have Windows endpoints hosted on AWS. Do these Windows endpoints hosted on AWS have a BigFix agent installed? Are they subscribed to “Patches for Windows”? Or are they only configured by way of the Cloud Plugin Portal? Too many questions and not enough to go by what you’ve reported. Perhaps a support ticket would be required to deep dive into this issue.
