I’m passing all 12 tests in the diagnostic tool, I have the configuration for proxy set up but yet I’m unable to download content. Any ideas why this can occur?

Hi jpeppers,

Just a couple of questions about ‘download content’- were you referring to:

  1. Gather Service (which basically downloads the site content from Sync site)? If so, please check if agreed to the site license properly. or

  2. The Download plug-ins?
