NOOB - I don't have the MAC software deployment wizard?

Hi,

New to Big Fix and have been tasked with pushing software to MAC clients using Big Fix. I see the Windows deployment wizard… but none for MAC hoever I do see it mentioned. How do I get it in my Big Fix Console?

You need the “Patches for Mac OS X” site. If you are using version 8 look in

Patch Management

– All Patch Management

– Wizards

– Mac Software Deployment Wizard

Not sure why it’s not also in the Systems Lifecycle domain…

Hi Noah,

Thanks for the reply. I do not see it in either location. I am running version 8.0.627.0 Is it an optional add on or a setting somewhere to activate the Mac wizard?

Do you have the “Patches for Mac OS X” site installed? Do you have any computers subscribed to that site?

(Look at the License Overview Dashboard in the BigFix Management domain.)
