No Microsoft Updates in Console?

Hi All,

New to bigfix so please be patient with me :slight_smile:

Deployed BigFix to one of our servers and got it talking to the BigFix server… there are no fixlets for microsoft patches at all? Is there another another site I have to add in the console? Is there a list of sites for bigfix patches? The only site listed is BES Support (clicking the Gather All Sites button does not provide anything else).

Documentation on sites and stuff seems very sparse on the BigFix website and am pulling my hair out at the moment trying to figure it out.

Hi mattyb,

Are you subscribed to the “Patches for Windows (Enterprise Security)” Fixlet sites?

Is this an eval or production installation? If it is an eval, you get a chance to pick which Fixlet sites you want to try. If it is a production installation, the mastheads that allow you to subscribe to the Fixlet sites are emailed to you with your license files (if you didn’t get them, contact your salesperson).
