"No Item Selected" When they log into console

All Users are having issues with “No Item Selected” When they log into console… The All Content tab is blank. TEM Version8.1.617.0

I ran into the same issue recently and was able to resolve by running the script below

it does clear out computers that havn’t responded in more then 90 days, so adjust the

parameters as necessary.

I also cleared the console cache
