No applicable computers in Cache Management Dashboard

For some reason, the cache management analysis is returning 0 applicable computers. I’ve checked the relevance expressions on a couple relays and they return “True” to all expressions. So why aren’t any relays becoming applicable???

Apparently we didn’t have any relays subscribed to the Bigfix Labs site.
