No Actions - HTTP Error 18: An unknown error occurred while transferring data from the server: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining

Hello, we are running BIgFix 9.5.13.130. The server running the DB (SQL) has run out of space. We proceeded with providing more storage but we keep receiving the errror:
“HTTP Error 18: An unknown error occurred while transferring data from the server: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining”

We performed a restart of the BES Root Server and the DB but the error persists. We also performed a DB cleanup.
All actions in our consoles are gone. Computers are there and active.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you have some data corruption. I highly recommend you open a Support incident to step through it.
