New Operator Created,But no computer related to this Operator

Hi , I got a problem, now I create a new ordinary operator and assigned new site & computers with specific property to this operator to manage.but after this operator log in,he can see the site assigned to him,but can not see any computer exist,the computers display 0 in all,can anyone tell me,what’s wrong?
My account is master operator,his is ordinary one.

From the master operator if you go to the Operators section and pick the nmo you are trying to create, you should see Administered Computers there. This will tell you the computers that the operator should see. Are they showing up there for the MO?

Thanks for your answer, I have found the problem,It is the services of TEM Server do not work and cause client report to TEM Server lost, So I just restart all the TEM related services , then the ordinary operators can see their computers with specific property.
