My reports are not showing the updated information

Hi,

I have an issue when I am trying to find out the compliance of my server group after I have deployed a set of patches.

As per my action tab in my console, the servers come up as patched/completed. But when i run the report on the BES WEBreports dashboard, it still shows me that thoseservers are 0% compliant.

Any ideas why is it so?

Check that your database is not disabled in web reports. Click the database link in the menu bar and make sure your database is not listed as disabled. If it is, click ‘Edit’ and re-enable the database.

Fyi, for others reading who may experience this problem, in 8.0 web reports will periodically try to re-connect dropped database connections.

My DB is not disabled i verified that. Thanks for your response. It somehow seems to be working fine now.
