Craziest thing here. I have a MSI file that works fine when I drag it to the desktop and install it, but when I package it up in Bigfix and launch it, it completes normally but the app doesn’t appear in Add/Remove programs. Where as when I do it manually, it does. The hell’s going on here? I need to remediate 500 machines and need some help. Thanks everyone!

It may be defaulting to a per-user installation, so the shortcut is on the desktop of the user account that installed it (but not visible on the desktop of other users on the computer).
When deployed by BigFix, it may be on the LocalSystem account’s Desktop, but not visible to your user accounts.
Try using the ALLUSERS=1 property on the msiexec command line
is it an MSI you got directly from a vendor website? if so can you provide a link or more details?
That is definitely the first thing I would check, especially where it shows up in the windows registry uninstall keys.
Also, does the vendor for the MSI provide documentation for doing enterprise wide installs?
