MS26-Jan does not show up in Fixlets and Task

Good Morning
Generally, Microsoft patches appear in BigFix as Fixlets and Tasks shortly after Microsoft releases them. However, I am not seeing the January 2026 patches in the BigFix Console, even though Microsoft released the updates on January 13, 2026.

We deploy patches through the BigFix Console, and our current BigFix version is 10.0.7.52. I wanted to check whether there is something we may be missing on our end, or if there is a known delay or issue related to the January patch content.

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The patch content is definitely out. What happens when you toggle the Show Non-Relevant button? As strange as it sounds, you may not have any machines reporting in as relevant for the patches at the moment.

I would also check your License Overview dashboard for any licensing issues and take a look at the GatherDB logs (assuming Windows root server … .\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\GatherDBData\ ) for any issues downloading content sites.

Agreed. For future reference, we do create release announcements when Fixlet content is published that you can check. For Patch release announcements, please see https://forum.bigfix.com/c/release-announcements/patches/61

In the Console, under All Content → Sites, when you select ‘Patches for Windows’, what version does it show? As I type this, it should be version 4664.

Just get to know our license expired in December 2025. My question is, until we get new license activation can we just download patch from MS site, configure and deploy via Bigfix or we cannot use BigFix at all unless update new license. Like configure everything manually since administrative process from license take time.

I suggest working with your account manager with HCL. They will sometimes issue a temporary license while you work with reinstating your regular licensing.
