Is there any info on MS19-Sep patches why not published as of now.
Can someone look at fixlet 451257803. The SEP cumulative update for Windows 10 x64 1809 will not download from Microsoft. Earlier in the morning, the file was coming down unsigned when i manually downloaded it. It looks like Microsoft Fixed it because now the manual download comes down signed, but it is still not downloading inside of big Fix.
