Hi All,
The patch ‘MS19-MAR: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 - Windows 10 Version 1803 - KB4489868’ was failed on few of the computers on the last line

Can any one help me on this?

If any patch fail via BigFix, first approach should be manual installation.
Does manual installation works ?

Hi Manish,

No,i haven’t tested the patch installation manually.
FYI:We do have 200+ machines failed at the same line.

If i get a chance to install it manually will let you know the status.

Make sure the Windows Update Service is at least set to startup type, Manual. If it is Disabled, patches will not install.

There is a fixlet, ID 572, Windows Update Service is Disabled, which can help to identify and remediate.

Agree with @AlexaVonTess.
Add pre task to windows update service and once patching is completed disable window update service.
If still issue persist will recommend to perform the manual installation and let us know the status.
