MS11-022 screwing up PPT files

I am trying to do a rollback for MS11-022 (the office 2003 SP3 version) and my relevant computer count is 0. I am using the rollback wizard, and nothing seems to help this.

I have tried Q2464588 and KB2464588 in the rollback wizard and I am still at 0

I need to uninstall this!

Can someone try to make this roolback and see if they get the same thing? I would like to roll this back

There’s a new patch you can deploy to fix this issue. KB2543241 is the working patch to resolve this issue but the KB is by request only.

who do we request it from if we get the issue?

That patch would need to come from Microsoft.

MS11-036 should have fixed the issue with MS11-022. Try installing MS11-036.
