When I deploy this action it fails over 75% of my endpoints. Has anyone experienced an issue with this fixlet?

A really simple question, but is the deployment option registry key set for the endpoints that fail?
There are six MS09-060 Fixlets in our content. Is there a particular one that you’re having trouble with or are they all failing across the board?
