Stuck in Bigfix prompts to install MS security baseline and reboot cycle.
Although the system had already been rebooted it keeps going through the cycle of installing the patching baseline then reboot. I had tried sending refresh from console, as well as, running action to perform Task # 1976

Not sure why you are running task 1976.
That task makes the client show up as a new endpoint (different computer id)
Are you trying to perform RESTARTs?? Those are fixlets 390 and 391
Bigfix keeps asking for user to reboot laptop. No, I am not trying to perform Restarts. My goal is for Bigfix to complete the action successfully so it does not keep asking user to reboot. After I ran 1976, I removed the duplicate system from console.
Some installs do take multiple restarts depending on what is in the system. Which fixlet of 390 and 391 remain valid?
You may also have other things that constantly fill in the registry values on every restart. Check out Pending Restart Issue
