Move-to-sles10-sp4 fixlet or task?

Hi folks, is there such fixlet or task called move-to-sles10-sp4 available in TEM to update SLES10 SP3 to SP4? I have searched for such name under Patches for SLES 10 site and it is not found.

I guess the question is that is there a fixlet available to bring or to upgrade a client running SLES 10 SP3 to SP4? I don’t see any at this moment.
