Missing patches for office (KB3054793 , KB3115103)

I couldn’t find below patches on “patches for windows site” .

in microsoft catalog site they are not superseded.

KB3054793 reports as being superseded in the Bulletin for MS16-029 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/security-updates/securitybulletins/2016/ms16-029). See the “Updates Replaced” column. Fixlets superseded for more than a year are removed from the site.

I couldn’t track down any MS documentation that KB3115103 is superseded so the fixlets for that KB are back in Patches for Windows version 2975.
