On the Fixlet Messages Tab you have a column called “Applicable Computer Count” which helps me quickly see how many servers are missing a patch.
Is it possible to make a custom column on the computers tab to see how many relevant fixlets are missing by computer. This way I dont have to run a report or go into each individual computers.

Not quite sure this is what you are looking for. You can add a column by adding a property. You could add a property to check how many relevant fixlets the machinie has:
number of relevant fixlets of sites
Or as another example how many relevant fixlets exist for a specific site such as Patches for Windows, otherwise known as Enterprise Security.
number of relevant fixlets of site whose (name of it = “Enterprise Security”)
