Hi

there is the possibility of migrating the local data base to remote

the BFEnterprise DB size reach the limit of the SQL Server Express edition allows (10GB). so i need to migrate to a standard edition, someone knows IF IT IS POSSIBLE

Just to document, the answer is yes, it is possible update form the default SQL Express 2008 of IBM BigFix

My scenario was the next Update SQL Server Express 2008 (BigFix Default) to SQL Server 2016 Standard

1.- Install SQL 2008 Service Pack 3
file name (SQLServer2008R2SP3-KB2979597-x64-ENU)

2.- Upgrade SQL 2008 Express to SQL 2016 Express 2016
file name (SQLEXPR_x64_ENU)

3.- Upgrade SQL 2016 Express to SQL 2016 Standard
The file in this step must be provided by the client, since you need a license
