We use bigfix for ILMT purpose.
I noticed last week on our bigfix console a greyed computer with its duplicate (not greyed).
On ILMT side:
- the greyed computer is still present but without any fresh scan.
- the duplicate is also present with fresh scan but isn’t associated with the products it has
I checked on the server and the problem appeared since we updated the system.
We updated other servers with bigfix agents without this issue.
I wanted to follow this doc but sadly our backups don’t go far enough to get the previous KeyStorage directory.
Is there a way to merge on bigfix the two computer (~migrate “old” computer to “new” computer) to have only one computer on bigfix and in the end on ILMT ?
The ending computer must have the original ILMT metrics preserved.
