Hi all,
I’m pushing out action to switch mastheads to migrate some test systems to production. I’m including the new relay URLs in the action as well, but regardless of this all attempts fail with
RegisterOnce: Bad Response Format
running the URL against the relay yields:
Error: (ForwardRegisterMe)
Http_err_BAD_SERVERNAME
Stumped… Any help appreciated.

Looks like the relays had client version lower then the relay (both 6.x.x.x though)
Upgrading the client on the relays seems to have resolved this issue.

Hey Rad,
I believe this error is a some sort of by-product of switching masthead names… Make sure the following:
BES Clients from prod should not report to a dev relay (or vice versa).
Make sure a prod relay doesn’t report to a dev server or dev relay (or vice versa).

FYI, this was an error with the 6.0.12.5 installer for the relay which does not restart the service after the relay installation append
run restartClient.bat
to the action when deploying the relay.
