Manual relay Selection is working

I have two relay servers: one is Windows, and the other is RHEL 8. Even after assigning the manual relay servers to the client, the client is not selecting the respective relay. It selects the Bigfix root servers by default.

Even relay servers and clients have proper connectivity with proper host entry.
