Managing clients across multiple timezones?

I am in EST managing servers and have the new responsibility of managing servers in CST. If I send a scheduled task to launch at 6:00 PM EST, what time will it run on the servers in CST? 6:00 PM EST = 5:00 PM CST or 7:00 PM EST = 6:00 PM CST?

Actions will run using client local time. So if the action is set to start at 6:00PM, computers on the east coast will use 6:00PM EST and computers on the west coast will use 6:00PM PST.
