Manager License Key Center/License Metric Tool

When looking at the manager license key center I noticed that the allocation quantity for the new order IDs is set to 0. Is this standard, or should the allocation quantity be updated to the number of purchased licenses for the new order?

Hi,
You should manually update the number of purchased licenses.
Click this link to access the information on that specific topic on the Knowledge Center:

The process for acquiring the IEM licence for ILMT installations changed recently. You should be getting the free entitlement for IEM licence via the usual Licence Key Center, so it sounds like your following the right process.

In actual fact since ILMT is free, then it shouldn’t make a difference how many you allocate. It won’t limit the functionality of the tool, as long as you can get a licence to activate your deployment. However to follow the entitlement guidelines I would create you licence for however many endpoints you wish to manage under that particular IEM Licence. You can, for example, tail off 10 to create a licence for a development environment, and then allocate what you then need for your production environment by creating another licence.

Cheers,
