why are the edit buttons on other peoples manage software distribution packages grayed out?
yes the packages are set to shared.
I would think it is a permissions issue but the BigFix admin does not know where to set the permissions so the operators can edit each others packages and tasks.
we are new to BigFix.
Can anyone tell me what permissions need to be set to allow you to edit someone else’s packages or fixlets?
Check the permissions over the site that contain the fixlets/packages, should be a custom site with proper permissions for all the operators that should manage that packages.
