Has HCL stopped releasing the below monthly fixlets or will there be fixlets released for them?

Looking into the fixlets and I am seeing the last ones that we got was released Feb 11, 2025. I know MS is still releasing this.
Not sure if I picked the correct category for this question. If I did I apologize in advance

I also remember that they had Skipped Releases -
The following months do not have an MSRT update:
December 2023
December 2024
March 2025
April 2025
The fixlet for MSRT - Deploy, ID: 527, is now getting a 404 download failure for our team. Can HCL please look at this and correct it. The prefetch URL does not connect to anything.
I can confirm, same issue. 404 for “https://download.microsoft.com/download/2/c/5/2c563b99-54d9-4d85-a82b-45d3cd2f53ce/Windows-KB890830-x64-V5.134.exe”
The Download Center link at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9905 shows it was updated on August 12 to version 5.135 with new download URL https://download.microsoft.com/download/2/c/5/2c563b99-54d9-4d85-a82b-45d3cd2f53ce/Windows-KB890830-x64-V5.135.exe
Unfortunately when MS releases the new version, they deactivate the download link for the old version. I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for our next publish that updates the fixlet to version 5.135, or create a custom copy with this new download URL.
Maybe you can manually download and cache the older version on your BES server from the MS Update Catalogue?
