During our MS19-Dec groups of patches, we encountered status of Failed when applying this MS patch and the failed status might be mis-information. Upon applying this exact MS patch manually on the system it would responded that this MS patch is already installed but yet bigfix reports it as be failed. Would it be another instance of the relevance issue? Have anybody else experienced this same issue?
