Mailing list unsubscribe

In the past (and again today) I received emails asking to confirm removal from the BESAdmin-announcements mailing list. I didn’t click any links in the email or confirm the request.

We have received a request from 40.94.33.77 for the removal of your email address, "xxxxxxxxxx" from the besadmin-announcements@bigmail.bigfix.com mailing list. To confirm that you want to be removed from this mailing list, simply reply to this message, keeping the Subject: header intact. Or visit this web
page:

I did not try to unsubscribe from the mailing list and the IP looks to be registered to Azure.

Is this mailing list going away and HCL is trying to do this, or is this something else?

Even I have received some of these. I do not know their origination but it seems to be a form of phishing.

Another round today. Can HCL investigate who is requesting these unauthorized mailing list removal requests? The email says the source IP (which is in Azure in this case).
