MacOS Security Patch Relevance Issue

Our company has recently started patching it’s Mac OS X devices with BigFix. Initially, everything seemed to be going well, but with our most recent deployment we had quite a few failures with Security patches. Specifically, the following patches failed on multiple systems:

UPDATE: Mac OS X 10.14.6 Available (Combo)
Security Update 2020-002 (10.14.6 Client)
UPDATE: Mac OS X 10.15.4 Available (Combo)
UPDATE: Safari 13.1.0 - macOS Mojave (10.14.6 Client)

When we deploy the patches above, a computer receives the patch, completes all steps of the Action Script successfully, reboots and then returns “Failed” with an Exit Code of 0. Also, the systems that return “Failed” are still showing as relevant for the patch. We are not seeing this issue with Application patches for MacOS. We are still waiting to retrieve the BigFix logs from the affected systems and I will post the relevant information here once it is received.

This is an entirely new process for us, so any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to provide more information.
