Mac Not Reporting Relevant Fixlets

I have a Mac running OS X 10.5.8 with BES Client Version 7.2.6.4. We are running Console version 7.2.5.22. We are subscribed to the Patches for Mac OS X site. The Mac is in need of some patches but BigFix is reporting that there are no relevant fixlet messages. The Last Report Time column in the console shows dates and times that indicate the Mac is consistently reporting into the server as expected. The Mac firewall is off.

For example the Mac is currently running Safarai 4.0.3 but doesn’t report a relevant fixlet to move to Safari 4.0.4 or 4.0.5. Same thing with Security Update 2010-001 (10.5.8 Client). These updates are showing up under All Fixlet Messages but are greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi jhickman,

You might want to contact BigFix support and the logs are probably a good place to look to see if there are any error messages.
