Some of my machines are partially locked and some won’t lock at all. Is there any reason why these machines wouldn’t lock? If they are manually unlocked does this cancel the policy?

Did you by any chance change your “Action Lock Controller” settings?
You can check by opening the BigFix Administration tool on the BigFix Server, go to “Masthead Management”, select “Edit Masthead”, and check the “Action Lock Controller” box. It should be “Console”.

No changes there. That setting is as you specified. The policy is working because machines are locking and unlocking properly. It’s just a handful that are not.
